Elevator issues that cause delays!!! Unpleasant odors in bathrooms that detract from comfort!!! Room maintenance that needs serious attention!!! Pool policies lacking enforcement, leading to chaotic experiences!!! Better management responsiveness would be appreciated!!!

Great stay for families!

We had such a fun time there! The rooms were super comfy and clean. The free breakfast and dinner were amazing—so many tasty options! We loved the 3 free cocktails during the social hour. Only thing was the noise from the freeway. it could get kinda loud at times. Overall, it was a blast!

We enjoyed our family trip, especially the cozy king suite, perfect for our kids to unwind. The kickback buffet offered decent meals, but be prepared for busy dining times. Overall, it’s a solid place for families!

Had an awesome time with friends! We hit up Six Flags Fiesta Texas and the San Antonio Zoo, both were super fun! The hotel included breakfast and dinner. Free drinks each night. Staff were friendly, and the room was comfy. Definitely recommend staying here for a group getaway.
